Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to class?
We want you to be comfortable, and because of that there is not a dress code at our studio. The only requirement is grippy socks.
When should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. This gives us time to set up the reformer and allows you to settle in before the session begins.
Are there beginner-friendly classes?
Absolutely. We offer an Intro/Level 1 class specifically designed for those new to Pilates. Our Intro Glow Pack is a perfect way to start your journey with us.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel through the Vagaro app or website under your account, or by messaging the instructor. Please see our Studio Policies below for our full cancellation and no-show policy.
What is the studio policy?
Our studio is a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We ask that all clients treat one another and our instructors with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, hazing, or intentionally making another person feel unwelcome will not be tolerated and may result in permanent removal from the studio.

Membership & Pricing
Our memberships require a 3 month commitment with 2 weeks notice to cancel after the initial 3 month commitment.
Class Cancellations
For early morning classes before 9:00 AM, cancellations must be made at least 9 hours before class. For classes at 9:00 AM or later, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class. Cancellations made outside of these windows are considered late cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $15 fee.
Health & Safety Policy
Please stay home if you are sick or not feeling well - if you arrive under the weather you may be asked to leave. Participating in class under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted. If you arrive under the influence or smelling of alcohol or another substance, you will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to participate. Pilates requires focus, control, and awareness for your safety and the safety of those around you.
One Class Per Day
To keep class availability fair and allow everyone an opportunity to book, clients are limited to one regular class per day. This applies to all memberships and class packs. Paid special events are excluded and may be booked in addition to your regular class.
